Welcome to Edition 12 of Effortlessly Organic Living.

This one is a little different.

No lists.
No “top 5 swaps”.
No “you should be doing this”.

Just something that might completely change how you look at this whole journey.

Effortlessly Organic Living 12: You’ll Never Be Done (And That’s Okay)

Doing better… without trying to do everything

What if you’ve been trying to “finish” something that was never going to be finished?

This might be hard to hear, so let’s just rip the band-aid off…

👉 You’ll never be done.

Mic drop.

I know… not exactly what you expected.

But it’s true.

There will always be:

  • something else you could change

  • something new you learn

  • something “better” you could do

  • something you have no control over

And if you try to do all of it?

You’ll drive yourself batty.

🌿 This Is Where Most People Get Stuck

A lot of people come into this thinking:

“I just need to fix everything… then I’ll feel good.”

But that moment?

It doesn’t exist.

Because there is no version of this where everything is perfectly:

  • clean

  • non-toxic

  • sorted

And once you realise that…

Everything starts to feel a whole lot lighter.

🌿 There’s No Finish Line… So Stop Racing

If there’s no finish line…

👉 there’s nothing to rush towards
👉 nothing to “catch up” on
👉 nothing you’re failing to complete

So why are you stressing yourself out trying to get there faster?

This isn’t a sprint.

It’s not even a marathon.

It’s just… life.

🌿 But This Doesn’t Mean You Do Nothing

Now before this gets taken the wrong way…

This is NOT a “well, nothing matters then” situation.

Every step still counts.

Every change still matters.

Every better choice?

Still moves you forward.

👉 One product swapped
👉 One label read
👉 One better decision than yesterday

That’s how this works.

It’s not about doing everything.

It’s about doing something.

Because ANY better choice is better than zero better choices.

🌿 What Actually Matters

Not perfection.

Not speed.

Not ticking every box.

Just this:

👉 Doing the best you can with what you can

Some things will change quickly.
Some things will take time.
Some things won’t change right now.
Some things might not change at all..

And that’s okay.

🌿 A Simpler Way to Move Forward

Instead of asking:

“What else do I need to fix?”

Try this instead:

👉 “What’s one simple step I can take next?”

That’s it.

Small.
Easy.
Doable.

🌿 Final Thought

You’re not behind.

You’re not failing.

You’re not missing something.

You’re just on a journey that doesn’t have an end.

And once you make peace with that…

Everything becomes a whole lot easier.

🤍 Next Step

If this feels like a good place to (re)start, you don’t have to figure it all out on your own.

In the very first edition of Effortlessly Organic Living, I shared the DIY Chemical-Free Starter Kit Blueprint as a free gift to help you take your first S.T.E.P.S steps without the overwhelm.

If you don’t have it yet, you can get it here:

And if you’re already on the list and haven’t downloaded it yet… consider this your little nudge 😉

Or, if you’re out and about and just trying to make better choices on the go, Natural Food Finder is there to help.

No pressure. Just support when you need it.

Until next time,
keep taking one S.T.E.P.S step at a time 🤍
